NNDKP promotes 25 lawyers and consultants in the latest round of promotions

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) announces new promotions for 2023.

Starting this year, NNDKP has included the role of Senior Managing Associate in the firm’s organizational structure. The first lawyer to be named Senior Managing Associate is Ioana Grigoriu (Real Estate and Construction).

Ioana Cioclei (Dispute Resolution), Emanuel Flechea (Corporate/M&A, Energy and Natural Resources), Alexandru Lăcureanu (Dispute Resolution), Alexandra Măruțoiu (Dispute Resolution), Răzvan Savin (Dispute Resolution), Ionuț Stancu (Employment), George Trandafir (Corporate/M&A) were promoted to Managing Associate.

Flavia Dănciulescu (Lungu) (Employment), Roxana Iordache (Real Estate and Construction), Adina Moldovan (Dispute Resolution) and Daniel Stăncescu (Employment) join the team of senior associates.

In addition, Ioana Pînzaru (Tax Advisory Services) was promoted to Tax Manager.

This new round of promotions is the result of an internal evaluation process and reflects our colleagues’ activity and achievements in the past years.

NNDKP is an integrated legal & tax team comprised of 31 partners, and over 90 lawyers and tax consultants and 60 employees in the support departments, working out of the firm’s offices located in Bucharest, Timisoara and Cluj-Napoca.


Ioana Grigoriu has more than 14 years of professional experience advising clients on a wide range of real estate matters.
She has built up specific expertise in transaction structuring, negotiating and drafting of sale-purchase agreements, real estate matters in public offerings, due diligence processes in real estate transactions, as well as in permitting matters in infrastructure, energy, mining, wind and photovoltaic projects.
She is also experienced in the development of large-scale industrial projects, in the agribusiness sector, and in projects entailing the sale and acquisition of large agricultural and forestry lands, as well as of distressed real estate assets out of insolvency.
Ioana’s experience also covers complex urbanism matters in a wide variety of real estate projects, assisting clients on urbanism matters both at due diligence and transaction level, as well as offering support for relevant court cases on this topic.
She has been part of the NNDKP team since 2008.

Alexandra Măruțoiu has eight years of experience in the legal field.
Her expertise covers civil and commercial litigation, administrative disputes, in particular arising out of and in connection with public procurement contracts, enforcement proceedings, insolvency and recovery of receivables, competition law disputes and consumer protection litigation.  
She has assisted clients mainly in the fields of civil and industrial construction, road and rail infrastructure, water - sewerage and waste management, in both common law and arbitration litigation, particularly relating to the FIDIC rules, respectively the rules adopted by Government Decision no. 1/2018 and by Order of the Minister of Transport no. 600/2017.
She has been part of the NNDKP team since 2014.

Alexandru Lăcureanu has over nine years of professional experience in the legal field.
He specializes in representing local and international clients active in various industrial sectors (agriculture, construction, automotive, manufacturing, oil, IT and energy) in a varied range of disputes, such as tax litigation, administrative litigation, urbanism, commercial, insolvency, enforcements, aspects of corporate law, as well as in property restitution procedures.
He has been part of the NNDKP team since 2013.

Emanuel Flechea has eight of professional experience in corporate/M&A and energy matters.
Emanuel is highly qualified in energy related matters, with expertise in electricity, renewables, oil&gas and mining; he advises clients from diverse industries in relation to energy regulations, energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, oil & gas industry matters, CCS, corporate and commercial law matters, general regulatory matters, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring projects.
He has also represented major companies from the energy, oil&gas and mining sectors and contributed to various complex projects, on both regulatory and M&A matters, having deep industry knowledge and ability to handle extremely complex issues.
He has been part of the NNDKP team since 2014.

George Trandafir has 18 years of professional experience and multidisciplinary expertise.
His main specializations cover corporate/M&A and public procurement. His rich experience in regulatory, contractual, and real estate matters makes him an excellent transactional lawyer.
Over the years, George has built a strong ability to deliver value to businesses thanks to his legal input to projects, supported by experience, analytical thinking, and creativity.
He has been part of the NNDKP team since 2020.

Ioana Cioclei is a lawyer with over nine years of professional experience.
Ioana joined NNDKP in 2014 in the Banking and Finance Law practice, where she gained experience in banking and finance due-diligence procedures, financing transactions, debt restructuring, regulatory issues in banking, financial services and capital markets.
She has been a member of the Litigation team since 2016. She specializes in civil and commercial litigation, defending clients' interests in administrative litigation, insolvency, employment law, competition law, intellectual property law.
Ioana represents clients active in sectors such as: automotive industry, energy and natural resources, banking, real estate, logistics, retail.

Ionuț Stancu has over ten years of professional experience in employment law area.
Ionuț focuses his practice on employment law aspects such as organization of working time, restructuring labor force, transfer of employees, due diligence regarding employment relations, negotiating and concluding collective bargaining agreements, drafting and reviewing internal policies, disciplinary investigation proceedings, individual employment agreements and employment litigation.
He advises clients from diverse industries and sectors, including banking and financial services, pharma, professional services, technology and IT.
He has been part of the NNDKP team since 2013.

Răzvan Savin has eight years of experience in the dispute resolution field.
Razvan specializes in civil contractual liability, complex insolvency procedures, the civil side of criminal proceedings, administrative disputes, labor law and intellectual property litigation. Razvan was involved in disputes concerning data protection aspects, liability for environmental damages, challenging acts issued by anti-fraud bodies, anti-competitive practices and state aid.
He has been part of the NNDKP team since 2014.

Adina Moldovan has seven years of experience in the dispute resolution field.
Adina focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation. Throughout her career, she has provided legal assistance and representation in a wide range of labor law disputes, administrative litigation, consumer protection, and insolvency matters. Adina consistently provides legal advice and representation to clients operating in the real estate, retail, and banking sectors.
She joined NNDKP’s team in 2021.

Daniel Stăncescu is building his expertise in employment law, having approximately 5 years of expertise in this field.
Daniel assists clients from multiple industries in connection with various employment law matters, such as the preparation, negotiation and execution of individual or collective employment agreements, collective negotiations, employee transfers, complex restructuring processes or dismissal processes for reasons related to the employee (disciplinary dismissal, dismissal for poor professional performance etc.), but also with specific employment law issues arising in day-to-day activities.
He has been part of the NNDKP team since 2018.

Flavia Dănciulescu is a lawyer with more than five years of experience, consolidating her specialization in the field of labor law.
Flavia assists clients from various industries and sectors in projects covering a wide range of employee relationship management issues, such as negotiation and enforcement of individual and collective employment contracts, compensation and benefits, review of employer policies, national and international mobility issues, performance appraisal and disciplinary investigation procedures, employee transfers, workforce restructuring and social dialogue.
She has been part of the NNDKP team since 2020.

Roxana Iordache is a lawyer with over eight years of experience, being specialized in real estate transactions and construction field.
Her activity consists of real estate transaction structuring (assisting important players in the real estate market, mainly residential and industrial developers), drafting and negotiating sale agreements and general contractor agreements, preparing due-diligence documentation within the projects she was involved (both in projects aiming exclusive real estate matters and multidisciplinary projects), drafting and negotiating lease agreements (for retail and office premises), and assisting on general corporate matters in the real estate industry.
Roxana also advises clients on urbanism matters in the real estate projects she is involved in.
Roxana has been part of the NNDKP team since 2021.

Ioana Pinzaru has over 18 years of professional experience.
Her expertise covers tax compliance, tax due diligence, implementation of tax procedures, assistance and representation of clients in dealing with the tax authorities, including assistance to clients during the tax inspections in the VAT field and fiscal registration of Romanian/foreign companies in Romania.
Also, she has extensive experience in obtaining the A1 certificate from the competent authorities in order to second employees outside Romania.
Previous roles included working with an international tax consulting firm (BIG 4).
She has been part of NNDKP’s team since 2011.
