CMS is delighted to share the honours in the winning entry for the “Investment Deal of the Year” award at the Property Forum Awards Gala 2024. The firm was awarded this prestigious recognition following its role advising L&C Properties, part of M Core, on its acquisition of 25 retail parks in Romania from Mitiska REIM.
