Schoenherr advises IGT Services and Technologies SRL on aquisition of Connections Consult’s Service Delivery division

Schoenherr și Asociații SCA advised IGT Services and Technologies SRL on the acquisition of the Service Delivery division of Connections Consult. With this transaction, IGT Services and Technologies took over the full control in Connections Consult's group companies Outsourcing Support Services SRL (Romania), Connection Consult EOOD (Bulgaria) and Connections Consult doo Beograd-Vračar (Serbia).
Schoenherr's corporate/M&A team provided buy-side legal advice to IGT Services and Technologies SRL in connection with this transaction. The deal was signed in Bucharest at the end of March 2025, and closing is expected in the next few weeks, pending the fulfilment of conditions precedent.
