RTPR advises Silcotub on Artrom Steel Tubes acquisition

RTPR has assisted Silcotub SA in relation to the acquisition of Artrom Steel Tubes, a European leader in the production of seamless steel pipes for industrial applications.Silcotub is the leading Romanian manufacturer of seamless steel tubes, part of the Tenaris group - a world leader in the production and supply of tubular products and related services for the energy industry, the automotive industry, the oil and gas sector and many other industrial applications. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and the fulfilment of the conditions precedent agreed by the parties.
