Therefore, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated lawyer who has ideally between 4 and 6 years of experience in employment law to practice in our Bucharest team.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

•    is an ambitious and talented lawyer who has between 4 and 6 years of experience in employment (e.g. contracts, employment terminations, employer and employee rights, TUPE) ideally including also labour litigation matters; any additional practice area expertise would be beneficial and will bring additional value;
•    have solid knowledge of employment law;
•    is driven and finds motivation in working for international clients and global law firms and has commercial thinking;
•    curiosity and interest in continuous learning and development;
•    with attention to detail, teamwork and great communication skills, wants to work in a team that is praised for their consistently high quality of work; and
•    very good English drafting and speaking skills.
