Reff & Associates is looking for experienced lawyer to join our Environmental Law team.

→    Are an enthusiastic lawyer with 3-6 years of professional experience in a law firm or as in-house lawyer, with significant involvement in environmental, civil and commercial or law. Experience in energy and/or consumer protection legislation is an advantage.
→     You are fluent in written & spoken English. Any other foreign language is an advantage.


As part of our Environmental Law team you will:  

→     Advise clients in various industries on all types of environmental law aspects applicable to their activities, such as EPR, DRS, waste management, permitting, hazardous substances and mixtures, environmental liability.

In Reff & Associates we have built one of the few and most competent teams in Romania dedicated to and specialized in environmental matters and recognized as such by clients and stakeholders. Our assistance on consultancy matters covers a wide array of aspects, including identification of applicable conditions and obligations related to the clients’ activities or products under various of the rapidly emerging and equally rapidly modifying Romanian environmental regulations, identification of future areas of change based on review of EU strategies, contract review, waste traceability compliance review, environmental audits and assistance in implementing remedies, etc.

→     Assist clients during inspections from environmental and other regulatory authorities and work closely with our litigation and tax teams in challenging administrative acts.
→     Work closely with colleagues from other Deloitte functions and with non-Deloitte experts to find easy to implement and timely solutions to the matters of interest for clients.
→     Have direct contact and interact closely with clients and colleagues from other geographies.
