Biriş Goran was voted by a jury formed by representatives of top management from the European Real Estate Market including professionals from Funds, Investors, Architects, Developers, property owners and service providers.
For the 5th time over, Biriş Goran is the "Best Law Firm of the Year" at the 13th edition of the CIJ Awards Gala. The CIJ Awards, organized by the Construction and Investment Journal, are the most prestigious real estate awards in Romania.
Biriş Goran was voted by a jury formed by representatives of top management from the European Real Estate Market including professionals from Funds, Investors, Architects, Developers, property owners and service providers. As such, the CIJ Gala and the awards are benchmarks for the Romanian real estate industry.

In 2020 Biriş Goran assisted, among others, SIF Banat-Crișana in a transaction that involved the acquisition of the land on which the IMGB Bucharest industrial platform is located, with a surface totaling 540,000 square meters, representing the largest surface transaction in the last decade in Romania (excluding agricultural plots of land) and Israeli investor Hagag Development Europe with all their operations in Romania, namely with project financing, construction and development concerning their real estate properties in historic landmark locations in Bucharest, for offices and residential projects.
