The law firm Bulboacă & Asociații announces the promotion of Roxana Tiutiu and Ralucai Ilie (Antonescu) to the position of Partner, effective as of 1 February 2026. •    M&A & Insurance: Advising a leading insurance company on the entry of a strategic investor from the automotive industry into its shareholding structure, including the management of approvals from the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF).
•    M&A & Insolvency: Coordinating the acquisition of a controlling stake in Totalgaz Industrie, a highly complex and successful turnaround and judicial reorganization project.
•    M&A & Healthcare: Advising on the sale of a high-performing medical group to an international operator.
•    Strategic M&A: Part of the team that assisted a top entrepreneurial group in the EUR 1.3 billion transaction with Blackstone and HPS Investment Partners
•    Regulatory (DRS): Implementing the corporate governance framework for the central company within Romania’s Deposit-Return System (DRS).
