LegiTeam: GNP Guia Naghi and Partners — Corporate | M&A Associate (2–4 years)

We are looking for a talented lawyer to join our Corporate | M&A practice.

You will advise on the full spectrum of corporate and Corporate and M&A matters, including share and asset deals, joint ventures, reorganizations and corporate governance. Day‑to‑day work will include due diligence, drafting and negotiation of commercial documents, coordination of workstreams and regulatory clearances, assistance with closings and post‑closing integration, as well as ongoing corporate housekeeping for portfolio companies. You will be client‑facing, contribute to project management on complex matters and work closely with cross‑disciplinary teams on deal‑adjacent topics such as technology and data protection, foreign investment controls, competition and employment.


►   2–4 years of experience in a law firm, with a strong focus on corporate and/or M&A. 

►   Business orientation and practical judgement. You ground your advice in law and jurisprudence, while staying laser‑focused on the client’s commercial objectives and risk profile.

►   Excellent legal reasoning and drafting. Strong structuring skills, clear written and oral communication, and the ability to draft precise, negotiation‑ready documents in Romanian and English.

►   Transactional mindset and curiosity for innovative business models. Comfort with cap tables, deal mechanics, conditions precedent, corporate approvals and regulatory touchpoints.

►   Drive and strong team spirit. Reliable, proactive, resilient and collaborative. You know when to take ownership, when to escalate and when to support.

►   Fluent English. An excellent command of written and spoken English is required; additional languages are an asset.

Bar membership. Admission to the Romanian Bar.
